## The two-brain read (what makes the QA claim real)

Every scan is interpreted by one model and then re-read from scratch by a DIFFERENT model, prompted to find what the first read got wrong — missed hazards, false clears, a tendon called rebar. Disagreement only ever raises a hazard's severity; it never removes or downgrades a call. Both model names are printed on the interactive record and the PDF, so the client can see who agreed with whom.
